三氯蔗糖是一種蔗糖素,呈白色至近白色結(jié)晶性粉末,幾乎無(wú)臭,不吸濕。甜味與蔗糖相似,甜度為蔗糖的600倍。極易溶于水、乙醇和甲醇,微溶于乙醚。10%水溶液pH值5~8。

以蔗糖為原料,用鹵素(氯)選擇性地取代其一定位置上的羥基而制成,用作無(wú)營(yíng)養(yǎng)甜味劑。

一種高熱穩(wěn)定性三氯蔗糖的制備方法,其特征在于該制備方法為:將粉碎后的粒徑D97(粒徑小于此數(shù)值的顆粒占97%,常用來(lái)表示粉體粗端的粒度指標(biāo))小于30um的結(jié)晶三氯蔗糖微粉加入到造粒設(shè)備中,在轉(zhuǎn)速不低于2500rpm高速攪拌的同時(shí),通過壓力噴漿系統(tǒng)噴入水或者濃度為10%-50%w/w%三氯蔗糖水溶液作為粘結(jié)劑,粘結(jié)劑的加入方式是在物料動(dòng)態(tài)運(yùn)動(dòng)的過程中通過噴漿系統(tǒng)均勻噴入;
