熔點(diǎn)是通常狀況下的三相點(diǎn),在這個(gè)溫度點(diǎn)上,以萘為例,萘蒸汽、固體萘和液體萘達(dá)到平衡。在液體變?yōu)楣腆w的過(guò)程中,蒸汽壓不變。

粗萘的純度要低一些,因此同樣溫度下,液態(tài)的粗萘蒸汽壓更低,這樣就出現(xiàn)了冷凝成為萘晶體之后蒸汽壓更高,這顯然是不可能存在的,因此只有在更低的溫度下才會(huì)出現(xiàn)三相點(diǎn),凝結(jié)之后的蒸汽壓保持不變,體現(xiàn)的結(jié)果是熔點(diǎn)下降。
